![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Once that is done you will have full two way communication working ie the Midi IN/OUT connectors on the rear of the audio interface working. You can set just one midi channel but I suggest selecting ALL midi channels and then all 16 channels will be active. Then you need to create and Instrument and also set SEND TO also to that same audio interface listed there in that menu. The name of the audio interface listed in the RECEIVE FROM list is referring to the Midi connectors on that audio interface. In the External devices area of Studio One you need to create two things.Ī Keyboard and you need to set the RECEIVE FROM parameter to that audio interface which will be listed there in that menu. Many seem to think that the midi side of an audio interface is just up and running, but it is not. Once you have you got the audio interface installed and running correctly there is more to be done still to get the midi to work. If so then we have another issue going on but if not then read below. Have you installed the Midi side of the interface yet? Does it show as an input source and an output destination on Instrument tracks. Have it installed in windows and it comes up in studio one but no signal so far. Chrisgregg wroteI am trying to connect midi to studio one with a tascam us -122 mk2 Not having much luck. ![]()
